Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order directly from your account dashboard.

Simply email us at sales@vitabloom.co.ke with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label (for U.S. orders) and instructions.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non‑refundable.
💚 Damaged or Defective Items? If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@vitabloom.co.ke and we’ll make it right — including a free replacement or full refund.
