Everything you need to know about receiving and returning your VitaBloom orders.

📦 Shipping Policy

We’re committed to delivering your VitaBloom products quickly and safely. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): $4.99 or FREE on orders over $50.
  • Express Shipping (1–2 business days): $12.99 – available at checkout.
  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination (usually 7–14 business days). Rates calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order directly from your account dashboard.

🌱 Note: During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take an extra day. We’ll notify you of any delays.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

How to Initiate a Return

Simply email us at sales@vitabloom.co.ke with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label (for U.S. orders) and instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non‑refundable.

💚 Damaged or Defective Items? If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@vitabloom.co.ke and we’ll make it right — including a free replacement or full refund.
