📬 Orders & Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping times depend on your chosen method:

  • Standard (3–5 business days): calculated at checkout.
  • Express (1–2 business days): calculated at checkout.
  • International: 7–14 business days (calculated at checkout).
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly. Please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order to request changes. After that, we cannot guarantee modifications.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to most countries. Shipping costs and delivery times are displayed at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order from our tracking order page.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

How do I start a return?

Email us at sales@vitabloom.co.ke with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label (for U.S. orders) and instructions.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Are VitaBloom products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes! All our products are 100% plant-based, vegan, and never tested on animals. We’re certified cruelty-free by Leaping Bunny.

Where are your products sourced from?

Our products are sourced from Oqata and Yes Global, trusted wellness manufacturers known for high-quality, plant-based health solutions. We carefully select products that align with VitaBloom’s mission of promoting natural vitality, safety, and effectiveness.

Do your products contain allergens?

We list all ingredients on each product page. Some products may contain common allergens like nuts or soy. Please check the label before purchasing. If you have severe allergies, contact us for more details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept M-Pesa or cash only.

Is my payment information secure?

How do I create an account?
